Well, despite much prodding from various interested friends, I've made the decision to drop my photography for a couple of years. I can't afford to buy a new camera and so on, which I really need to do if I want to move any further on. I was getting too frustrated using the one old camera and the poor camera itself was having a rather hard time of it. Added to which, writing has become steadily more important. I don't think I will ever abandon photography entirely - it's the only visual art medium I can use - but for now it's taken a back seat.

On the flipside, most of my activity on dA now goes to this account - I switched accounts as most of my watchers were here for photography, not literature. But hey. Things are changing.


Apart from dA life, all the usual things are happening here. Training horses every day is tiring but enjoyable, and with summer coming on I get to be outside at 6am or 8pm when the light and weather is just right for training. Yay.

And now, back to an attempt at salvaging my poor NaNoWriMo.
